Confirming your appointment with Jodi constitutes your agreement to follow the Terms and Conditions as outlined below. I do my absolute best in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all my clients, and appreciate your cooperation! Terms & Conditions

Service Redemption: A service is redeemed (a) when it is performed, (b) if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, (c) if you do not cancel your appointment more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, or (d) you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment. 

 

Appointments must be cancelled via phone, text, or email more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the retainer fee. 

 

Scheduling: To schedule an appointment, please use our online booking system. Due to high demand for services, I operate a close schedule that leaves little time in between appointments. Just as you would be frustrated if you arrived on time and I was late, I ask you to be courteous to the clients before and after you. If you anticipate being late to an appointment please call first to determine if a reschedule is required.

Safety and Sanitary Restrictions: Smoking (including the use of E-Cigarettes), food, beverages, pets, and children are prohibited inside the spa. If, within the last 48 hours, you have any symptoms of the common cold, flu, or any other virus, please cancel your appointment per the cancellation policy. 

Payment:  A retainer in the form of a credit card hold equal to $50 is required at the time of booking. On the day of the service, you, the client, will pay the balance of the amount due or forfeit the retainer as a cancellation fee. I strive to keep my service fees competitive. Gratuities are not included in the price of your service, but are greatly appreciated, as I put my heart in soul into providing you the best service and atmosphere possible.

Arrival: Metered parking spaces in front of the building are accessible. If spot 12 is available in the parking lot south of the building, feel free to use it. Please arrive promptly, but no more than 5-10 minutes early. Paperwork for new clients will take no longer than that, so please take this into consideration. Please bring your current skin care regimen with you to your appointment if this is a skincare related appointment. Product is a very important part of your treatment. Consultation time will include professional and educational product knowledge. Please enter the front door and take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Enter into suite 309 and have a seat in the waiting room upon your arrival. The door is unlocked during business hours and the lounge is for guests to wait in before scheduled appointments.

 

Please do not knock, ring the bell, or attempt to enter the treatment room if the door to the treatment room is closed. I am with a client and will not exit the treatment room during an appointment. Patient comfort and quality is a priority, so please silence your cell phones upon entering the spa.

Privacy Policy: We will not share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. We use data you put into our systems when you open and use an account or other systems, that identifies who you are, transaction information, and any other data you give us. Digital cookies and similar technologies help us make our services better to use by doing things like recognizing when you’ve signed in, analyzing how you use our services so we can make them more useful to you, giving you a more personalized experience, and making our ads to you work better.
