How early should I arrive to my first appointment?


We are excited to have you in the spa! Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete your new client paperwork. Please bring your current skin care regimen with you to your appointment if this is a skincare related appointment. Consultation time will include professional and educational product knowledge.Product is a very important part of your treatment and knowing what you currently use is very helpful in making sure you get the best results possible!




Where should I park?


Metered parking spaces are available and located in front of the building. If spot 12 is available in the parking lot south of the building, please feel free to use it.




What floor are you located on?


Please enter the front door and take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Enter into suite 309 and have a seat in the waiting room upon your arrival. The door is unlocked during business hours and the lounge is for guests to wait in before scheduled appointments. Please do not knock, ring the bell, or attempt to enter the treatment room if the door to the treatment room is closed. I am with a client and will not exit the treatment room during an appointment. Patient comfort and quality is a priority, so please silence your cell phones upon entering the spa.




What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?


No problem! We completely understand that life happens and things comes up. We just ask that you reschedule or cancel 24-hours before your appointment to avoid paying the deposit. You can do this easily using the same online booking system used to create your appointment. If you signed up to receive text or email notifications you can also cancel or reschedule that way, as well. Please feel free to contact us if you have any issues!




What are your COVID-19 protocols?


Your health and safety at the spa are our main concern! Beyond our standard cleanliness protocols...

  • Professional laundry services with new linens for each guest
  • Gloves for all services
  • In between client sanitation and disinfection of all surfaces and equipment
  • No children allowed in the spa
  • Cancellations with any symptoms of illness
We’ve implemented some new processes, including:
  • Arrived early to your appointment? Please wait in your car until you have been texted/emailed to enter the building! Due to modifications to the spa environment, one guest is allowed inside at a time. After a thorough cleaning between clients has been done, you will be personally called to enter. Door will remain locked during business hours. There is no longer a waiting room in order to limit the spa to one guest at a time.

  • We will also be doing a touchless temperature checking of all clients prior to receiving service. ***We are requesting all clients to cancel any appointment within 14 days of out of state air travel.***
  • We will be wearing a mask to service all clients until further notice. A mask is required for all body waxing clients. Please bring in your own mask or face covering.
  • Carpets professionally steamed and disinfected and staff will be wearing shoes that are only kept inside the location.
  • Absolutely no outside food or beverage in the spa or eating in the waiting room.
  • Please do a thorough hand washing prior to entering and use one of many hand sanitizers located around the spa when needed.
  • As a new method of continued sanitation, we are kindly asking for shoe removal upon entering the treatment room for any/all services.
  • Upon entering the waiting room you use the one of two bins located under the entry-way table to remove shoes and store personal belongings. This includes Purse, Keys, Cell Phones, and jewelry. Please bring the bin into the treatment room with you. This will cut down on surface contamination and also ensure that all of your belongings are kept safe and stowed together. If you are wearing a jacket, please hang on the back of the door to the entry and make sure to remove any valuables.
  • We kindly ask you to regularly disinfect your phone and credit cards. Our spa will be processing all payments with gloves on for extra safety and peace of mind for clients. As contactless payments are preferred, please be prepared to access your email after appointment to complete all payment requests via invoice.
